Just jogged 4.3 miles and I will be getting the Jillian Michaels DVD today/tomorrow. I checked out "The Biggest Winner - Shape Up (Front)" from the gym at work and it looks pretty good. However, I don't have a step aerobics bench at home to follow the DVD along.

I know you said instant oatmeal. But if you have time and want to try something that is more filling with a different texture, get some Steel Cut Oats from the grocery store. It takes about 10 - 12 minutes to cook but it doesn't have the sugar like the packets. Throw in some fresh berries and you got a very healthy breakfast. Just came back from the gym and did upper body strength training. I have not been working my legs as much and should do more lower body workouts.

Went to Body Pump at lunch and I haven't been able to do additional upper body strength sessions after work this week.

Went to step aerobics at lunch today. Just saw a clip of Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred CD on youtube.com and it looks pretty good/effective. Think I will get a copy soon.

Jogged 4.3 miles last night after a long day. Finally seeing some progress with South Beach and exercising.

Went to Total Body Blast at lunch and my legs feel like jello.

Jogged 4.3 miles today. I was so tempted to skip it and be totally lazy.

It is pretty damp and cold today and I am skipping the gym. But I did go to Power Pump yesterday.
