Absolutely! If you want your guests to be there for your big day, give them plenty of advanced notice so that they can schedule vacation and set money aside for the trip. You can simply send an email.
Level 1 is good for a "rest" day if you feel like doing something instead of taking a day off completely. I haven't tried level 2 or 3 but based on the footage, they seem more intense. Is there a guideline as to when to move up to level 2 or 3?
Went to Total Body Pump at lunch and hit the major muscle groups during class. Hoping to hit the gym at the hotel tomorrow/Saturday and report progress when I get back.
Heather, you are doing good!

Boudoir seems like a lot of fun but I am too goofy for it (on top of not having the body). I will bust out laughing so hard at myself. BTW, Victoria Secret catalogs and some of the advertisements in fashion magazines can give you ideas too.
Do you mind posting a few pictures of your hair and make-up? Thanks.

He came to the hotel for both days, took so much time to make sure it was exactly what I wanted and the day of the wedding everyone RAVED about how fabulous my hair and make-up turned out. If you have any questions please let me know...but thumbs up all around for Sergio.

Did cardiovascular/interval routine using P90X - Interval X Plus and it was so hard towards the end. Also tried to follow the abs routine on the same DVD but the footage kept pausing every other 15 seconds so I gave up.
I remember eating the Cadbury eggs around Easter when I was a kid. Those are so good.

Haha.
