Went to "Total Body Pump" at lunch today and hit both upper and lower body muscles.

I started drinking 12 - 20 oz coffee at work everyday about 2 months ago with 1/2 & 1/2, skim milk and cane sugar.

Heard this is supposed to be the best coffee in the world.
