  1. Skipped my usual workout at the gym today and jogged 4.7 miles instead.

  3. Went to "Total Body Blast" (30-minute cardio + 15-minute ABS) followed by biceps.
  4. I was being a slacker yesterday and took a day off. Made it up with jogging 4.8 miles today.

  11. Just got back from the gym and I am feeling way better. Hit the weights on chest and also did level 2 on Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. Planning on jogging and trying out the new Jillian Michaels DVDs that came in early this week tomorrow and Sunday. To all ladies, keep the great work coming!!!

  16. Yes, I have removed all my saved credit card and bank account information from my PayPal account. American Express has put a dispute into the transaction and it will take about 6 - 8 weeks to settle. Meanwhile I am not liable for the $2,000 charge and I hope everything will clear up.   17. Tried level 2 for the first time tonight and it is definitely a major step up from level 1. Broke a good sweat and it is pretty packed for a 20-minute workout. Will probably stay at level 2 for a little while before conquering level 3. Cheers to everyone!

  20. Ladies, Someone just hacked into my eBay and PayPal accounts and bought a TV to be shipped to the Great Britain. I have called my credit card company to dispute the charge. Reminder to everyone - Change your password on a regular basis.
  21. After 3 beers, pizza, sushi and no workouts over the weekend, I hope I have done enough today to make it up. Started with shoulders and triceps followed by Jillian Michaels: Shape Up - Backside.
