  1. You are definitely not alone. Our wedding is in December 2009 and here's where things stand: Sent out "Save the Date" email back in January and mailed the invitations out in the middle of May asking for RSVP online by mid September. Only 1/3 third of the guests acknowledged receiving the invitations and 1/5 of the guests have logged onto the web site for details. Since they are spread out all over the globe, I am emailing the rest of the guests to confirm invitations were delivered. It is a hassle with all the communication but most guests seem to be pretty nonchalant at this point. However, as RSVP deadline approaches, there should be more response. Keeping my fingers crossed.
  2. Did a 50-minute circuit training with Jillian Michaels DVD - No More Trouble Zones.
  3. Grapevine, Las Colinas, Valley Ranch will be good places to check out. It depends on how close you want to be to work. Uptown Dallas and Addison are pretty cool areas if you are into the urban lifestyle. Traffic pattern will be an important consideration too.
  4. Trying on wedding dresses is fun!!! Don't forget to bring a camera with you. It will be a busy weekend!!!
  5. Darn afternoon meeting forced me to cut my work out short. Only had time for a 50-minute session with Jillian Michaels – Banish Fat Boost Metabolism.
  6. I am planning on sticking with Giorgio Armani Cosmetics. Their products are pretty expensive but it works really well for my skin. I have tried Chanel, Laura Mercier and MAC before but in the end it is worth it to pay the extra. Cosmetic products are actually a very personal choice. What works for one bride may not work for another. It is all trial and error. Quote: Originally Posted by jenjoe08 Armani's new lasting silk UV foundation. 7. It all depends on your wedding style. If you are going for casual/beach-look, dress #1 would work. If you are going for a more formal look, dress #3 would be great. Dress #2 is not flattering at all.

  9. Went to Step Aerobics at lunch today and class ended with a hard ABS workout.
  10. Nadine, did you get some sun too? Quote: Originally Posted by cdnvb9 Played beach vball for 2 hours last night and am sore again today. Tonight its a 2 mile run and a leg workout
  11. It is a beautiful dress and not too formal at all! The organza at the bottom makes it look lighter. Try it on and if you can't stop thinking about it after you leave the store, then it is probably the one.
  12. Today I did a 50-minute cardiovascular workout using Jillian Michaels - Banish Fat Boost Metabolism DVD and worked Biceps afterwards.
  13. Call the manufacturer and see what they say. It doesn't hurt to ask. Quote: Originally Posted by Chanti Good question Winnie!!! We don't have the receipt unfortunately :-( I just bought a new set of adjustable weights today, I'll try them out this weekend! Chantal
  14. Sorry I laughing about your equipment malfunction. Glad you didn't hurt yourself. But have you checked to see if it comes with a warranty? Will buy new ones this weekend, yet another (big) unexpected expense! Ran 2.5 miles this morning. Chantal
  15. Went to "Total Body Blast" at lunch and had a great work workout. I have gained a few pounds back from eating bad and I really need to get back on track with a cleaner diet and be diligent with my workouts.
  16. and Congratulations!
  17. Jogged 4.7 miles today. Feeling gross from eating bad over the weekend. Losing the momentum to reach my goal by end of this month.
  18. Jess, give it a few more weeks. Takes time for your body to adjust to a new diet/exercise.
