  1. 6 a.m. personal training yesterday morning after a week of vacation in Moab, Utah. Pigged out big time and in desperate need to get back in shape.
  2. Tried out one of the Insanity workout DVDs this morning with a group at the gym.
  3. I would recommend Sauce Vacations. Our guests were happy with the private tour I arranged for them with this company and their vehicles are pretty nice and new. Prices are very reasonable too. Send an email to Ismael (company owner) and he will be glad to work with you. He is extremely flexible and accommodating to customer requests. http://www.saucevacations.com/toursprices.html http://www.saucevacations.com/contactus.html

  6. We e-filed our taxes today and expecting a big refund. Yay!!!
  7. Sure thing! You are very welcome. I just went through my pictures and found the stores. Here's the approximate location: At the intersection of Fifth Avenue and Calle 1 SUR in downtown Playa del Carmen. This is close to the ferry pier to Cozumel. At the intersection, head North on Calle 1 SUR and check out the vendors along that street for a good bargain. Good luck! 8. They are made of dried shells (e.g. coconut), hand-painted on the outside and come in different colors. It is a neat wedding favor and can really shake things up at the reception. Also a great souvenir! Quote: Originally Posted by ekcmexico were they wood or handpainted maracas? Also how big were they?
  9. Pictures that take you right back to the the moment --> Priceless... Congratulations!!!
  10. Yes, I do remember. We paid 360 pesos for 36 maracas (about USD $0.75 each). Another bride mentioned getting a good bargain for USD $0.50 a piece but I didn't have any luck finding a vendor that will offer that deal. Most of the stores are selling them for USD $1 and some for more. Hope this helps. 11. We gave guests maracas picked up from downtown Playa del Carmen for our December 2009 wedding in Mexico. I made tags and tied them to the maracas with ribbon. Everyone really liked it and took them home. Custom-made maracas are nice but it can take up quite a bit of luggage space. If your budget allows personalization, that will be a nice personal touch. 14. Austin is my favorite city in Texas! Don't have any plans to visit in the horizon but it is only 4 hours away.
  15. Forgot to mention I had a 45-minute total body workout at lunch yesterday and hopefully that burned off the bad carbs from Wednesday. Quote: Originally Posted by poohshek 60-minute bikram yoga class this morning and sweated my rear off.
  16. Think of it as a "detour" but you will reach your final goal. Meanwhile you can watch your calorie intake and limit your alcohol consumption. Walking is good exercise and you can still burn calories from doing that. Hope this helps. 18. Tried a new recipe from the cookbook we got as a wedding gift. Dinner was awesome!
  19. The woman used to sit next to me at work followed this diet and I didn't see any obvious changes. She raved about how her skin improved but honestly the results said otherwise.
