Went to “Total Body Pump” at lunch and I forgot to bring my shoes with me. I was able to get through the entire class with bare feet. I am planning to finish out my bikram yoga package soon. It has been dragging on for too long.

I went to Step Aerobics class at lunch today. Hope to drop one pound with a healthy dinner.

Hey brides! Found the business cards finally! La Floreria LA FLORE Floreria en Playa del Carmen Quintana Roo Mexico. Arreglos, Bouquets, Boutoniers, Brazaletes, Centros de Mesa, Ramos, Arcos en la Playa Street address and phone numbers are listed on their web site. They have a pretty decent display of floral arrangements in the store. The guy I talked to does not speak much English. Best thing is to bring pictures and show them what you are looking for. Floreria Sac-Nah [email protected] 30th Ave and 16th St. Open 9am - 6pm, Mon - Sat I would suggest checking this place out first. They have buckets of flowers in the store you can pick from. They also have pictures of floral arrangements or bridal bouquets they make. The ladies I talked to can speak English and I didn't have trouble communicating with them. Both locations are very close to each other and they are within walking distance from Fifth Avenue and Av. Constituyentes (these two are major streets on the map). You will see La Floreria on your right first (across from the superstore Mega) and Floreria Sac-Nah is further down on 30th Avenue going across. Hope this helps.
