  3. Latest accomplishments highlighted in orange. These are the things I have done: 1. Purchased a dress but now thinking about getting a different one 2. Getting an estimate on the alterations cost 3. Booked a photographer 4. Sent out "Save the Date" email 5. Collecting guests' mailing address 6. Picked out a design for the wedding invitations 7. Purchased the materials for making the wedding invitations 8. Started working on the wedding web site 9. Completed wedding invitations and mailed them out. 10. Completed wedding web site 11. Purchased the dress I really wanted. Yes, I joined the two-dress bride club. 12. Picked out a suit for my fiance over the weekend and we went to purchase it tonight. He tried it on and it was the perfect size/style/color. Found him a great tie and dress shirt too.

  6. Gave blood today (so happy I passed the minimum iron requirement) and did an easy circuit training (chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps, legs & abs).

  13. Yes ma'am! We are both transplants that have lived in Dallas/Ft Worth for a long time. We are getting married in Playa del Carmen in December 09.

  15. Had a great meeting with the personal trainer at the gym and he gave me good advice on weight training and cardiovascular activities. Modified my upper body routine with his suggestions and throw in some leg work. I am pretty stoked about the new program and hoping to see results in a month or two.

  17. Woke up early second day in a row and logged 3 miles while watching “Whose Wedding Is It Anyway” on the Style network. My weight is somewhat under control and I am 3 lbs away from my initial goal. I am meeting with a personal trainer this afternoon to go through my upper body routine and I am looking forward to getting feedback and making adjustments for better results.
  18. Did 50-minute circuit training with Jillian Michaels - No More Trouble Zones and hit weights on shoulders. Wrapped up with two leg exercises. Need to get better numbers on my thighs to bring body fat percentage down.
  19. Finally I got up early this morning after trying for weeks/months. Jogged 3 miles at a slower pace this morning and it sure feels good.
