  1. The dress looks very pretty on you! Congratulations!
  2. Went to 30-minute "Total Body Blast" and 15-minute ABS at lunch today. I am very stiff and can barely move after a few runs on the wakeboard and surfboard yesterday in the lake. This time I was able to get up on the wakeboard and drank less water.

  5. Great choice on the dresses! Bet you are thrilled!
  6. You can have pads sewn in to give your girls a lift! Follow your instincts and you will find "The Dress". Keep us posted! 7. I am a two-dress bride and have listed the original dress purchased last year online. Sample Elizabeth Fillmore Alexia Wedding Dress , Size 6
  8. Ditto!!! QUOTE=angruck;875442]btw, has anyone else felt like December is coming quickly? I remember when I had 9 months---now down to 5?! So much to do still!
  9. We have set 09/18/09 as the RSVP deadline for our 12/11/09 wedding. Only 1 RSVP has been received and the rest will probably come in as the date approaches. October is really not too soon given it is a destination wedding and guests should be scheduling vacation and booking flights/hotels few months before if they are serious about coming. 10. Second! Quote: Originally Posted by ACH2009 I agree with everyone else that the dress probably doesn't need a sash, however if you chose to have one I think the off white would look best!
  11. Glad you had a good laugh but that's the truth! Quote: Originally Posted by EDRBride2009 when I read reason number 1 pop almost came out my nose I laughed so hard!!! Hilarious!!!
  12. Do you have pictures of yourself in these two dresses? Based on your height and figure, I am leaning towards option B. Brides that are not flat-chested tend to pull off "Reese" better but it all depends.
  13. I have the same DVD and totally love it! You can definitely get a great work out with it.
  14. I am on a mission this week. Went to a 90-minute bikram yoga class at 4:30 p.m. Taking it easy tomorrow.
  15. Take it easy for now!!! You will be back on track in no time once your ankle heals. Quote: Originally Posted by Chanti I miss my AM runs!!!! Don't understand, for me this is really NOT overdoing it: I was a competitive gymnast and ballet dancer until the age of 19, frequently clocking 20 hours of intense, high-impact activites per week. All of a sudden my body can't handle a 20-30 minute run per day plus a couple of yoga classes/weight training sessions a week? I was just thinking of training for a half marathon in October 2009 with a friend. Looks like I'll have to hold off on that. For now, abs/push-ups, weights and stretching are all I can do... Still waiting my follow-up appointment with the sports rehab MD, who will tell me exactly how long I have to avoid high-impact stuff. I'm really disappointed... On the other hand, since I got home, I've managed to lose 1.1 lbs just by eating right (I'm being VERY careful) and not drinking. So only 5.4 lbs to go to be back to my pre-holiday weight. DH and I will exercise together tonight, he'll run on treadmill (lucky duck!) and I'll do weights/abs and stretches... I'll also post a review and our pro pics as soon as we receive them!!! Hope everyone is having a great summer and keeping on their fitness track :-) Chantal
  16. Went to “Total Body Pump†at lunch and did some sprints before class.

  19. Forgot I also hit the weights after work. Quote: Originally Posted by poohshek Went to 30-minute Step Aerobics followed by 15-minute ABS at lunch. Class was hard today!

  22. Jamie, I was very tempted to order the DVDs when I saw the TV commercials. Reasons being: 1. I dance like Elaine on Seinfeld and I desperately need to pick up some dance moves for the wedding. 2. Spice things up in the bedroom. 3. Add variety to the workout routine. I'd love to read reviews from ladies who have tried them too!
