I am 13 hours ahead of the Central Time Zone on the other side of the world. Flew into Hong Kong last night and hit the gym this morning. Did a 25-minute walk/jog on the treadmill followed by circuit training and ABS. The metric system really throws me off.

Tracy! The 5 a.m. work out is a very rare incident for me. I just got stressed out thinking about all the things I need to do before going out of country for 3 weeks. This bride-to-be acquaintance of yours will have to ask someone else to be her MC. Interesting thing is why didn't she ask other invited guests? I would think they know the bride and groom better since they were invited and you are NOT on the A or B but C list! It is pretty tacky she gave you the invitation after the RSVP date and also asked you to take on such a big role at the same time. You may already have plans and can't attend the wedding. Best thing is to decline ASAP and say "I am honored that you ask but I don't think I can take on this role and planning my own wedding at the same time".

FI wedding band and outfit 4. .... I know I'm forgetting something... OMG - I need to book tickets! I'm so silly... I gotta get there somehow so we can get married!
