  1. Cute dress Susie! Do you have pictures of the jewelry? Are you planning on wearing this dress for your reception or wedding ceremony?
  2. Cosmetics is a very personal choice. It is really hard to say one brand is necessarily better than others. As long as it works for your skin and you feel confident/comfortable wearing it, that's the line of make up products for you. I have tried Shiseido, MAC, Bobbi Brown, Laura Mercier and Giorgio Armani cosmetics over the years. Giorgio Armani is my choice for the big day.
  3. After 3 rest days, I went to 30-minute Total Body Blast followed by 15-min ABS. Also did ten 30-second sprints on the treadmill before class.

  9. Dee, is there a gym close to work? There maybe group classes offered and I love spending my lunch time at the gym. Here's what mine offers around lunch: Monday - Total Body Blast Tuesday - Yoga Wednesday - Step Aerobics Thursday - Total Body Pump I try to go on Mon/Wed/Thur.   10. I don't see the point of having bridal portraits taken unless you want pictures of yourself in the wedding dress displayed on your big day.
  11. Went to "Total Body Pump" at lunch today. I wasn't feeling 100% and did only five 30-second sprints before class.
  12. Sweated like a pig at Step Aerobics (30-minute) followed by 15-minute ABS. Also threw in 30-second sprints on the treadmill for 10 minutes breaking a sweat before class.   14. Jenny, both dresses look great on you!!! My question to you is "What is your wedding style?" If it is elegant/chic, the silk dress will work. If it is romantic/sexy, go for the one with lace.

  18. Hey brides!!! Just got back from a 3-week vacation and I am ready to get back into the swing of things. I did put on a few pounds. Started off with jogging 3.6 miles this morning.
  19. 10-minute sprints on the treadmill followed by circuit training (3 sets).
