    Pretty sore from boot camp last week and took yesterday off. Jogged/walked 2.4 miles on the treadmill today.

    Survived another Jay Johnson boot camp at 6 a.m. this morning. Had eggs, one sausage patty, and a wheat English muffin. Glad to make it through the first week and 3 more to go!!! Yay!!!

    I have seen only a handful of them. You may want to scout out the magazine racks at Barnes & Noble, Borders and other major bookstores. I was surprised to find one at Wal-Mart one time.

    Dress #1 looks really good on you. Dress #3 is nice too but it all depends on your wedding style. Dress #1 - GLAMOUROUS!!! Dress #3 - Sweet & Girly!!! You still have a little bit of time before making a decision. Maybe you should take a break from trying on dresses for a week or two and come back to this.

    Looking for starfish, seashells, sand dollars or other beach decoration? Check out U.S. Shell Inc. I have looked at several vendors online and U.S. Shell offers the best price and selection. Although the web site says there is a $50 order minimum, it can be waived if you order over the phone. On top of that, customer service is great! The lady I spoke to answered all my questions and located what I was looking for. Find Starfish, Beach Décor, and Seashell Crafts at US Shell Can't wait for my order to come in. Will post an update when UPS delivers the items.

    Kris, obviously you truly care about your best friend and I can certainly relate to your frustration. You are in a tough position and at times you probably wish you could spank or scream at your dear friend and put some sense into her. We all see things differently. The best thing you can do is to take a "TIME OUT" if it is too much to bear before losing your sanity. Take a deep breath and walk away.

    I noticed the same thing too! If you are having a small wedding of 30 guests or less, there is a good chance you will find good deals on the Martha Stewart clearance wedding items. They go pretty fast so better hurry up.

    Thanks!!! I love this thread. Right now I am focusing on dropping body fat % down to 20%. It went up to 23.5% after vacation and I am working hard to reach my goal.
