  1. Jogged/walked for 2.3 miles on the treadmill with various inclination.
  2. Strength Training - Biceps, Triceps and Shoulders followed by 30-minute walk/jog on treadmill with incline.

  7. Started with Jillian Michaels 30-Day SHRED level 2 followed by upper body weight routine. It has been a while since I have hit weights and went with the lighter dumbbells today.
  8. Jogged 2.4 miles on the treadmill last night.
  9. Personal training this afternoon and bad eating has erased all progress from previous 3 rounds of training. I NEED TO GET BACK ON TRACK!!!
  10. Did several sprints on the treadmill before "Body Pump" & "Fab ABS" at lunch. Got a reality check this morning - gained 10 lbs since our wedding.
  11. Did five 30-second sprints before "Cardio Mix" and "Fab Abs" at lunch.

  16. TRX strength training on a Friday afternoon. I am so proud I worked out before leaving work.
  17. Personal training this afternoon after a long break. My trainer didn't take it easy on me and I really needed it.
  18. 30-minute cardio max and 15-minute fab abs at lunch. Went to 90-minute bikram yoga after work. Sweated like a pig...
  19. Hit weights today after work and didn't get distracted by two cute guys next to me.
  20. Hit light weights quickly for 30 minutes (legs, back, chest, shoulders, biceps and triceps) and went to 90-minute bikram yoga. Good start for a Monday!
