Started with Jillian Michaels 30-Day SHRED level 2 followed by upper body weight routine. It has been a while since I have hit weights and went with the lighter dumbbells today.
Things come up and you will be back on track tomorrow!

Hit light weights quickly for 30 minutes (legs, back, chest, shoulders, biceps and triceps) and went to 90-minute bikram yoga. Good start for a Monday!
