  2. Jogged/walked another 4.0 miles today. Starting to eat better again...
  3. Just got off the treadmill after jogging/walking 4.1 miles.
  4. Got my 40-minute walk/jog on incline in first thing in the morning. Getting ready for another day in the office. Yay!
  5. I was very tempted to slack off today but did jog/walk for 2.7 miles on incline again. Gained a lot of weight since the wedding and need to get back in shape before our 1-year anniversary.
  6. Jogged/walked for 2.7 miles today on incline. Yay!
  7. Incline jog/walk for 40-minutes this afternoon. Need to get back in shape!!!
  8. Jogged/walked for 3.1 miles on the treadmill today.
  9. Went to a 90-minute bikram yoga class at 8:15 a.m.
  10. Personal training at 6:15 a.m. and getting back into weight training.
  11. Sprinted/walked/jogged on the treadmill for 35 minutes.
  12. Strength training (Biceps/Triceps/ABS) followed by 30-minute walk on the treadmill with incline.
  13. Personal training (legs/chest/back/shoulders) and 30-minute walk on the treadmill. It has been a while since my last post and planning to get back on track.
