I am also a Moon Palace bride- if you check the Palace resorts website, there is a link to wedding information and you can check for availability or you can call the number listed to find out if they have a date available...also there's a thread on here for Moon Palace brides- tons of helpful info.     Nibsmom- I know! I'm thinking of using the ipod for music during the reception instead of the dj just b/c having the videographer for the reception and ceremony will be about $1000 bucks...yikes! Yeah- I definitely feel like so much depends on who ends up coming, and it's so hard to be patient and just wait to see, lol!

    Hey Ladies!! So I just heard back from Maribel, and the videography is $160 per hour after the end of the ceremony. I just wrote her back to ask if that includes a DVD as well- I'll let you know what she says.

    Yudelka is gone?!?!?! I didn't even know! Has anyone been contacted by the person who will be replacing her? I've been working with just her and I haven't gotten my onsite WC yet...

    Hey nibsmom- They actually haven't given me a straightforward answer on the cost of recording the reception- my WC put me in touch with the woman who organizes the videography packages, but she hasn't answered either...it doesn't seem like many people do this, but I guess if the ceremony DVD looks nice, then the reception might be good as well...

    For those of you who were already married at MP- did you miss having a DVD of the reception, or were the pictures and the ceremony DVD enough? I'm trying to decide if I want to pay extra to have them come and record the reception, or if it's not worth it to do it that way...thanks!
