I bought this DVD and worked my way up to level 3...started seeing some great results, physically and on the scale and then I don't know what happened....I totally fell off the wagon!!! I did absolutely nothing for the last month. I started over on Level 1 yesterday. I will say it WAS easier than the first time I did it, but time is of the essence, I only have 90 days and the last 10 lbs to go! Wish me luck!!

hmmm...pending the scale issue I was trying not to eat much this morning (its only noon here and I'm off work in an hour) and then I was going to go buy a scale, jump on it and send the weigh in results to Ann...then eat. However, I'm hungry and I just found a "just opened" box of shortbread Girl Scout cookies in my boss's desk. Oh well, there's always next week

Zethers - Please let me know about Jorge...I had originally booked Marco, but just got an email from him that he has been awarded 2008 Wedding Minister of the Year award and he will be receivnig the award during the time of my wedding. Great job girls! I think my scale is broken. I had it downstairs last week and when I took it upstairs last night I dropped it on the tile floor. I didn't really think too much about it because I was exhausted, however when I stepped on it this morning it said that I weighed 164.8!!! I started out at 132. So I stepped off and then back on and it read 174, then 149, then 119, then 127 a couple times in a row and then back to 119. Looks like I will be buying a new scale today after work. My weigh in will be off this week - I ALWAYS do it first thing in the morning, and now it will be on a different scale....uggh!!!
