I had 8, but then I felt bad leaving another friend out so now I have 9 bridesmaids, 2 jr. bridesmaids, and my fi is only having 4 or 5 groomsmen, lol! It should be interesting but I really don't care anymore. I would rather have too many than leave someone out! The only thing I am worried about is the bouquet situation, even the silk bouquets is expensive for a wedding party that big! What are you doing about that?

What kind of sticker did you use calchik? did they peel off when they got wet or did they last the whole week?

The site I got those visuals from is Coffee Mugs, Shot Glasses, Wine Glasses, Beer Mugs, Promotional Products, Tote Bags, Champagne Glasses, Wedding Favors , Sports Bottles, T-shirts, Promotional Pens & personalized Glassware. and I have also seen samples from www.4imprint.com on the forum. I love both of them, I would def. get the mugs if I knew that people would use them after, but if people are just going to throw them away when they get home then I would just get the cups b/c they are a lot cheaper. It is just like the OOT bags.... do you get something cheap just for use at the resort or something nice and hope that they use it again? ARGHHHHH!!!!!

I am sorry, but today I was complaining about how expensive weddings are in NY and how if I have one in Mexico I can have a nice one for cheaper and she said, " of course you can because you are saving yourself money by passing the costs on to the guests." I was so mad I had to stop and take a deep breath, I wanted to curse her out and tell her not to come then.... Why do people think we are being selfish by having a destination wedding? I travel all around the world I want something different not a boring catering hall wedding! I don't want gifts, I just want a fun vacation with friends and I am getting crucified at every family party about how Mexico is so dangerous and how I am being selfish thinking that people can afford to go in this economy!!!! Just don't come if it is such a big problem!!!!!!! I have not even told half of my friends yet because I know I will get a negative reaction. The fact that I had to justify by pretending I was even thinking of having a wedding at home bothers me, I should not have to justify it to anyone. I hate having to be nervous and not tell people because I am worried how they will react!!!! I am happy about it and so is my FI!!! I am glad you all understand, how can I be strong and proud? any suggestions?

I have a huge wedding party too! I have my sis, 2 sis in laws, 3 cousins, and 4 friends. I could not find a way to eliminate any of them since they are all very important to me, so just put them all in. Who cares what other people think! I don't even know who my FI is having but we will make it work. You can make it work and not have to be put in that awful position of leaving someone out. In the end it is your day and one more bouquet and person in a dress will not matter if they mean that much to you!

Hello, I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions regarding the OOT bags and choice of cup. I was thinking that the travel mug would be good to keep the drinks cool but then it seems like a lot of people get the stadium cups. If you did get travel mugs were they insulated? Please let me know! Thanks!!!

they have a lot of nice bags, and ones I have not seen before. Anyone used them? What are the printing fees you had to fill out a quote and I don't know how many guests yet so I cannot do it....

wow Jcim I LOVE your monogram! My TA also said that it is too soon for my wedding in August,that they have not released the packages yet. I am impatient too... but she said that she could ballpark the price and people could make payments to her because the final payment isn't due til 45 days before. Also I know that the flights are not available til 10 months out, so if you want a package with both they cannot do it yet. I HATE WAITING!!!

Any word on bouquets? I am having such a hard time deciding... I think it would be pretty easy to get flowers in from an outside vendor, but I am still debating about the silk. Any moon palace brides get pix of the new packages bouquets? I have 8 bridesmaids so I need help!!! So much $$$$$$!!!!

that is the debate I am having too! I have 8 bridesmaids so either way it will not be cheap. My stepmom and cousin are both florists, so I was thinking order the flowers and have them make the bouquets at the hotel, but then is only a little cheaper to get the fake back at home but they will last forever. hmmm what to do?

does anyone know of a good boudoir photogs besides Kamila Harris? She is awesome but I really don't feel like driving down to Philadelphia, and I want it to be a surprise and it would be hard to think of an excuse.... so someone in the city or on Long Island would be good but I am afraid to start looking without a referral. I have seen too many bad movies and I do not want to just find any random man photographer to take pics of me in lingerie b/c they might end up on some website somewhere, lol! Any referrals?
