Unless I just stop eating altogether, I once tried counting calories but I am not going to lie I was starving by the end of the day. Do you have any secret remedies?
  2. So, majority of my guest are due to arrive for my wedding two days before the big day. I am wondering how everyone else is planning their days leading up to their wedding. Do you have group activities planned, are you having your bachelor/bachelorette party there? I have the rehearsal dinner planned already but should I just let my guests make their own plans or do I arrange activities? Also am I responsible for footing the bill if we all go scuba diving?
  3. I like the idea of no carbs, I have done it myself before and had good results and was able to keep the weight off. I think I may join you, and I am still considering going to Mexico and getting weight loss pills there. Sound risky? Could be, but I am desperate and have serious lack of self control.
  4. Last night, I feasted on a burger loaded with cheese and mayo, and heap of fries. This morning I am full of regret and now have to do some serious damage control. What was I thinking?
  5. I am a March bride, and just last night my wedding gown came in. Good news it "fits" but if I want to be able to breath I need to drop some weight. Now for the bad news a couple of days ago somebody asked me when my baby was due!!! So that was my real insensitive to start operation weight loss.
  6. So Luis and I decided to send out invites only to people whom we know will be coming to our wedding. Plus a couple more for those whom we are close to who will not be able to attend. So here's the question, I was thinking about sending the invite and enclosing a picture of a borrow in Mexico (meant to be fun) turning that into a postcard. On the back of that a little letter from myself and Luis expressing how much it means to us that they would come so far to celebrate with us. Including on that a link to our wedding web-site. Were they can find loads of useful info regarding our wedding as well as RSVP. Is that tacky? Should we really include a traditional RSVP with the invite? Thoughts anyone?
  7. I never thought about writing my own vows before, but when Luis mentioned that he wanted to I agreed to it. At first it seemed so romantic, but now that I have given it further thought I am a bit terrified. I want to write something that truly reflects how I feel, and when I say I want to write I also want to say it is not beneath me to "borrow" from someone else. Any ideas?

    hi

Thanks to everyone for the warm welcome. Luis and I are so excited to have found such a site. We have been planing our wedding without the use of a wedding coordinator although my mother happens to be an event planner it is however a totally different experience planing something so far away. Is there anyone who plans to marry in San Pancho, Sayulita? I am planing on going there myself in January to try to find all my vendors any recommendations? I have had some difficulty getting responses from anyone so I think it is best to just go but I am not sure were to start. Especially as far as music, we would love to have a Cuban trio although a d.j. would be fine too. Anyways, I could go on and on I am so overwhelmed with were to start and how to do all this. Any suggestions are welcome and greatly appreciated.
