So I went out tonight and bought a bunch of stuff for the tables for the wedding dinner. I got tall candles in my colors, chocolate brown and teal, and tealights, also shells and glass pebbles. I also found these great glass candle holders. It looks really nice. I am wondering if I should keep it all. Does anyone know if the resort does any type of decorating, or should I just bring it all with me? I went to Gordman's and found such great things! My fiance even liked it! I was surprised he didn't say, "what is all this?" Just thought I would share.

So I actually found a few brides on TripAdvisor too. Before I found this wonderful site! I did a search on the Iberostar Lindo. From there I contacted a few brides and they sent me their pics. Here is the website of the resort photographer as well. I am not too impressed with what I have seen, but I would recommend to do a little research to decide for yourself. Hi Alex, Welcome! I am planning a welcome OOT bage. Out of Town bag. If you do a search in the forums, you can see all about them. My OOT is a Tote that I decorated with paints and stencils of my wedding colors. I am a bit on the artistic side, so I wanted to do something creative. then I plan to fill them with things like sunscree, aloe, lipbalm, and some meds. I also want to give pashmina for the girls. And I plan to give out fans in my wedding colors on the day of the wedding as it will be hot! I will place those on the chairs and alternate the two colors, chocolate brown and teal. Ah, you are so lucky! She is booked on our date. DO you know of anyone else? I have an email out to one other recommended. But I am really nervous since everything I have seen and heard about the Lindo's photographer is horrible. I think I want to cry!

I didn't see the bee either. Her pics were actually better than some of the others I have seen. But the trend I am seeing from this photographer is they do a lot of really silly and cheesy shots. Not sure what that is all about.

Planing is going well. Are you getting married at the Lindo? I am nervous about the Photography. I have seen some really cheesy pics from their staff and was told you have to use their photgraphers. Has anyone heard differently? Thanks!
