I'm getting married in July and most of my guest are coming from Atlanta, Ga and they are paying $899 for 4days/3nights, the guest that are flying from NY, NY and chicago are paying $999 for 3 days/2 nights(weekend). I think its better to book in advance or u will get the crappy prices, but sometimes in our case we got a better deal. Just ask ur TA when the cheaper prices will be.

Count me in..will need about 50 cups..but how much are the a piece? I saw some other post about cups/mugs u had to order 250. My wedding is also in July

I know a lot of people aren't coming which is cool with me, but when I ask people they are saying I forgot or you told us too far in advancedo they mean i told them too far in advance? If I would've sent them out like a traditional wedding then they will say it ws too late....It's like i can't do anything to please anyone. The ticket prices have went up too, so u know that will be another problem. I haven't sent out my invitations as of yet, but I will try to send a reminder post cards out before I send my invites out which will come out in March..I think I'm going to send the reminder cards and then the invites and whoever respond responds cause I'm about to go crazy ...Have anyone else had this problem?

This so stressful too...I found a couple of Pavalions, but guess what they are already booked..ugh.....so now I'm back to square one. Hopefully I can pull this off by Sept 5th which is 4weeks after we come back from JA..
