    Thanks for the advice on the nails. I don't think me and fake nails will work to well, so as long as I know she can touch up a french manicure I'll go that direction (thanks for the heads up Julie..will bring my own stuff down). Very strange that the BBQ is only 3 hours. I guess I just automatically assumed it would go till at least midnight. Doesn't give you too much time to eat, do speeches, dance, chit chat, bouquet/garter toss. Oh well...maybe we can get it extended a bit but at least I don't have to worry about so many songs now on the playlists.

    Sara: Your pics are great...the video collage is such a good idea!! Did any of you ladies have your nails done down there? I know I'm going to have a lot of "assembling" to do once I'm down there and I'm not sure if they will look as nice if I have them done before I leave.

    I can't believe you got charged for your drinks Sara!! I would have never expected that. There's no mention of that in the package that Yaly sent me...just the flat rate per person for the BBQ. Thanks for the heads up...I will be sure to inquire about that when the time comes. Catherine: Congrats on getting the wedding booked...let the fun begin

    This may be a weird question...but to the girls that had the beach BBQ, how did it work with the drinks for the reception...do they set up something for you on the beach? do you have to walk back to the resort? Plus how far away is the nearest washroom? Just some random thoughts that popped in my head...Thanks.

    I've spoken to a few travel agents and I get the same answer...prices are not out yet. Mind you my wedding isn't until May 2010. They can give me prices but they can't guarantee a departure date/time. I was told by one company that the rates won't come out until July...but so far it looks like it will cost us $1300 to Playa Pesquero and we have 40 people coming with us.
