I agree it is a beautiful dress! It is actually what I had in mind initially for our wedding and then went with something completely different LOL I doubt you'll have much trouble selling it. It is gorgeous and a great deal!

We are getting married at Playa Pesquero in Holguin. I've heard really good things about it and we did a TON of research on all-inclusives throughout Cuba. My FI is a teacher too - so we are going over his spring break in April Good luck narrowing down your search. It can get overwhelming, but there is a ton of information on this forum as well as tripadvisor.

I find I think I'm close to being finished, but there always seems to be more! Once my ticker went below 3 months I had a little freakout! I still have to: -purchase FI's wedding band (still looking for one!) -buy MOH's dress, shoes, jewellry (going to see her in Feb) -fix music...I keep changing my choices for processional/recessional and everything in between and am trying to make it "flow" nicely by changing start/stop times and fade in/fade out on my iTunes/my iPod...I am so not a DJ LOL -get FI and his best man pants and sandals (they got their shirts before Christmas) -write vows(?) again, going back and forth on that one too! Also, I feel like I'm finished my OOT bags but keep buying more things to fill them...

I haven't seen a dress like that before - it is gorgeous and fits you very well! It's so exciting when you find "the" dress!

I am buying my FI's ring and he is buying mine...

I started looking in August and our wedding is in April 09. I was told that my dress was coming from China which could take up to 5 months, but only ended up taking about 3 months to get here.

Those are so pretty! I really like the second one. Which store did you go to? I am headed to Winnipeg in about a month to visit my MOH and choose her dress while I'm there.

We aren't having one either, much to the disappointment of some. Our wedding is very small - only 15 people including my FI and myself. For us, a factor in having a DW was the cost savings...to spend money on an AHR kind of defeats the purpose. My family threw us an engagement party (for those not invited to the wedding) which was kind of a pre-AHR I suppose.

Ours will be David Gray's "This Years Love" - it reminds me of when we first started dating...we slow-danced in his kitchen to it on our first Valentine's Day!
