Heather. I agree with Jess, I think you have enough food, esp since you can have apps out and passed for the first 2 hours or so and then it will switch to sweets (smores and cup cakes). I do think that you should try to negotiate them to throw in the salsa when you get the guac, people like to have both choices when chips are out and everyone will be happy.

That is strange, I got pricing from multiple resorts for cabo for Nov 09' and I got the prices in late Oct/Nov 08'

Jenni- We are wedding date twins ! That is a great attitude. I have been concerned also about the economy. I think it will reduce the number of guests, but I just remind myself that not everyone can make it and I knew this when I choose to have a DW. It is now just that even less will make it.

I got some info from my WC, but I thought her prices were a little high and I was not sure who she was talking about. I ended up contacting DJ's with info from this forum and ended up going with DJ Ricardo, He has been amazing to work with and very quick to respond to emails (which I love). It was also super easy to put down my deposit thru his website. We have invited 122. But we know very well that over half could not make it but invited them out of etiquette. Orginally we thought 50-60, but now with the economy, I think our expectations will be more like 35-45. (which, if you can keep a secret, is perfectly fine with me, in my head perfect wedding would be about 40). I orginally wanted to get married on the 21st but my BFF's brother is getting married that day so I planed around it.

Ok, I agree that the first dress is a perfectly fine wedding dress, but they when I saw the second dress my first thought was WOW. OH LA LA!!! It is stunning. I think you shoudl wear the dress that you want. Your mom may be a little disgruntled at first but I can just about promise that your mom will get on borad as soon as she sees you in the new dress and agree that it is the one.

Not sure if you checked out Envirosax, they are super cute reusable totes that zipper down teany tiny. They are really big in Colorado right now. They can be used for groceries or what ever. It is nice because they are a little nicer than the really cheap ones. I have seen some size where thye give 25% off at times getting them down to about $5 ea. I feed 75 lb lab mix, Nutros Adult Dog food. He seems to like it just fine. The vet said it is one of the better brands and is comparable to thier RX food they sell. It is about $1 per lb.
