Not sure on the minimum, but I ate 4 today.
I started my diet on Saturday, so Friday will be my last day.
I did have a little cheat today. My the dumb dum at 2 tomatoes for breakfast then nothing and decided to work out about 1pm, well after I was soooo neaseous. I had to eat an apple to get my blood sugar up and then a handful of almonds for protien. because I did not bring any with me to work. I dont think it was too bad but it worked and I felt better and then got my soup down.
