Here is the BM's dress we got from H&M for $45, it's a pretty good dress for the price I have to say. And if any of the BM want to change it by making it strapless or a halter top it will be pretty easy.

I don't mind paying for the food, people are spending lots of $$ to come down to celebrate our wedding with us so I want to make them feel special. We will still save $$ by having our DW instead of an at home wedding. So you ladies are not attending your cocktail parties? It had never occured to me that it might be strange for my FH and I to go but now it does. We are having a private reception but maybe the introduction of us as a newly married couple could be done at the cocktail party, would that be weird? We are still having speeches and everything at the dinner though. Just out of curiosity, how many guests is everyone expecting?

We are doing hot pink, turquoise and what I call gun metal gray (it doesn't sound very weddingish but its like a dark metallic gray). I would say bright colors are good for DW's but I like most color combinations.

I know, all we hear is the chorus, it drives me nuts and yeah, I think I have heard it before but I can't pinpoint it either.

So sorry to hear this!! I know what you are going through though, our best man just did the same thing to us, it is a tough spot to be in especially because we would do anything for him just like you would probably do anything for your best friend. All I can say is they are going to be the ones who miss out on your special day and one day they will regret the decisin they made.
