I'm a Realtor in Houston and I've been in real estate for 11 years. I've never seen the market as bad as it is now! There are so many people that would love to switch places with you. I have a friend in Dallas who has had her home on the market for 8 months. She got married 7 months ago and moved in with her new husband, but is still making the mortgage payment on her old place. So..... have a glass or, if necessary, a bottle of wine and try to relax. Call your family, friends, bridesmaids and groomsmen and enlist their help in getting you packed and moved. My stylist happens to be a friend and will be attending my wedding. She will be "on duty" for my wedding day and the day after. Maybe one of your guest can help you with styling your hair after you take the updo down.

We had the same thing happen to us the last time we visited Jamaica.

Why put off tomorrow what you can do today? The sooner you start going the quicker you will feel better. It's only a 1 hr. a week commitment. I waste at least 2 hours a week chatting about useless crap like.... The President's decision on which dog they should have, who the next American Idol will be, should I have gone with aqua and coral instead of orange and pink, should I do OOT bags or boxes etc! You get my point. You will feel sooo much better. It will be the best thing that you can do for yourself.

Kristin, your wedding was beautiful. The dress was so pretty, the ceremony and reception were both decorated so well. I loved your centerpieces. You were so lucky 2 have such a wonderful photographer and videographer capture the memories for you. I wish they lived in Jamaica.

Oh my gosh, Geralyn. I've been thru some rough times lately. I have 4 family members that were all diagnosed with cancer within the last three years (including my mom and her sister) and it has been very hard for me to deal with, especially this last year. I was having huge meltdowns, but I went to counseling and...... Wow! It has helped tremendously. I was engaged for six months before I could muster enough strength to start planning. I feel much better now and I can actually make it through weeks at a time without having a melt down. So there's hope. I'm a huge fan of counseling! Group hug from your best destination wedding family.

This is quite disturbing. I never heard complaints about Expedia b4. I thought that they were a reputable co...... Hmmmm...... If you can't trust huge companies like Expedia and Hotels.com what should we do?

Your wedding was beautiful! I just saw your pictures. I can't believe that you planned it in a couple of months. I was freaking out because I just got off of my butt and started planning and it seems like there's no way that I can get everything planned and done in less than 4 months. After seeing how fabulous your wedding turned out.... I am encouraged that everything will be o.k. Heck! I'll be on cloud 9 if my wedding turns out 1/2 as nice as your wedding did!

Most of our guests are staying at the suites or the Beach, so this will afford as a little bit of an escape from constantly being around or running into our guests the wedding night and next morning. We plan on hosting a casual brunch the next day (depending on how much over-budget we end up).

I love the fact that the Iberostar is new and that there are three different resorts on the same property. My guests who aren't bringing their kids are definitely appreciating that they can stay at the property that doesn't allow munchkins! LOL

I filled out the form and faxed it back, but the lady that confirmed the date for me two weeks ago didn't put it on the actual wedding planners calendar! Oh well!

WTF The wedding coordinator at Rosehall gave away my date! I was sooooo upset, but she was able to book my wedding for the very next day (Saturday). I had my heart set on getting married on a Friday, but what can I do about it?

Hi, Sparkles. I'm currently booked at Iberostar Rosehall Suites because I have 2 kids in my wedding. Will the Grand allow kids, justb for the wedding, if they are staying at the sister property next door? I emailed the wedding coordinator about this a while back, but it's one of the questions that she never responded to. Who are you using as your photographer?
