    I was planning on having a welcome hour in the hotel lobby when everyone arrives and then hand out the bags then, but I am only planning on having about 26 people as well

    Soon2BeWed OOT bags stands for out of town bags. It took me a few days to figure it out in the beginning. at one point I though oh they mean loot bags but forgot the L lol. dont worry it takes some time but you will soon figure out the lingo. Chris

    Welcome, I am planning a December 2010 wedding at the Rui Ocho Rios, I have been told the dates become available at the RUI around middle of February to book your wedding date and for travel packages I have been told around April or May 2009 for 2010 dates. Happy Planning

    Tara5258, I totally agree with what you are saying. I have told everyone what the plan is and told them we would love for you to come but if you cant we understand that way there is no pressure on anyone and really all I care about is getting married on the beach with my husband to be. I think right now there are 4 couples coming. My daughter and her husband, son and his girlfriend and my future in-laws, and my moh and her husband. And if for some reason they all cancel thats fine with me!

    I like the 2nd one the 1st one looks more formal, the 2nd one seems more informal. I guess it boils down to which one you feel more comfortable in and how formal is your destination wedding.

    In the end you have to do what the two of you want. We want a destination wedding and if nobody comes my attitude is oh well this is what I want I will not be happy if I did the wedding at home, but then again this is the 2nd time around for both of us. In the end it will work out and you will have an amazing wedding day
