OMG I totally forgot to weigh and send my picture in. I can't believe I did that. I am usually so organized, but I have taken on a huge work load and its finally getting to me. It seems nothing is getting done around the house! Finally going to start adding exercise this week. I have a gym membership but thats been put on hold until FI is stong enough to go back. I do have a stationary bike and Turbo Jam so I am going to do that for that next month or two.

Kicking myself this morning! The pizza got the best of my last night. We have been ordering the vegie pizza, multi grain crust, and a medium so we eat it for 2 meals. Well I don't know what happend last night, I ordered a large, forgot to mention about the crust. First mistake we sat infront of the TV where I continued to eat 4 pieces without even thinking of what I was doing. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Congratulations Tifany, I did very well this long weekend camping, I did have 1 beer (low carb) a day and ate only healthy snacks that I brought. I did alot of walking, when I came home the scale showed a 2 lbs loss. Maybe I should go camping every weekend lol Have a great week girls!
