I pulled out a oldie but goodie last night did Turbo Jam and I'm nice and sore. I figured I'd give Shed a break so I wont get bored. Today at lunchtime I will do the Elliptical for 40 mins on a incline of 18 and tonight I will hit Turbao Jam again.

I just wanted to let you all know that I emailed Erika yesterday with some questions and received a email today stating that Erika is no longer with the RIU. Jessica is the WC now and that she will be getting in contact with me one month prior to my wedding but I emailed her my questions anyway hopefully she will respond. I hope this helps other brides who are waiting for responses from Erika.

I did the Jullian Michael DVD this morning I have to agree with Jamk32179 that some exercises seems to be easy and others much more difficult, but either way my body aches I can barely left my arms! I will do it again tonight.
