We will be traveling with his 2 children (ages 7 and 9)for our USVI wedding. Not sure if we should stay at the ritz saint thomas or westin st. john. Can someone give me any advice? Thank You!

Thank You girls for your advice. I will incorporate them in the sand ceremony. I saw the sand fame and I LOVE it! I am deciding a location that is kid-friendly. I am looking into USVI, and bahamas/atlantis. I would love to do disney but I am more into a beachy resort destination for the wedding. My wedding band will also have all of our birthstone colors, I think that will look beautiful. and, they will also be involved in the vows.

Hello all! I am having a destination wedding for the whole beauty of it, of course... But most all it the reason is because I am not only going to marry my love, but his children as well. He has 2 children 7 and 9 years old. I believe a week together in any destination will involve them so much more than a one night event..If anyone has ideas or advice to make our time more memorable please let me know. I also have alot of ideas to incorporate the children into any wedding! Thank You

Can you give me advice on Hotels in USVI. How is the Westin st. john compared to Ritz Carlton Saint Thomas. I am just starting to plan a DW and I am so confused. I have never been to either location and do not think I will have time to visit before I plan to marry.. Thank You Sandy

I am new here and just starting to get great ideas and advice to help me plan a 2009 destination wedding. My location options are USVI, Turks & Caicos, Puerto Rico or Bahamas. I think I am swaying most towards USVI. I am looking for small, intimate, casual and fun event! There are children involved so I am interested in a romantic yet kid-friendly destination!
