The Melia Caribe Tropical has a new gazebo that overlooks the beach. Check out the thread on that, someone posted pictures of it. I know that the Paradisus "Palma Real" has a beachy gazebo as well! I am unsure about the others....hope that helps!?!

I think that Dreams Palm Beach only recently opened it doors so that's probably why there isn't too much information out there for you. The Dreams Punta Cana resort is gorgeous! You probably won't go wrong with either one of them. I would try tripadvisor for reviews on Dreams Palm Beach. They also have pictures taken by travellers! Have fun looking.

I am doing flip flops for all the female guests and we have decided to put them in the OOT bags as well VS. a wedding basket/bucket of flip flops. I bought all of mine at Old Navy in pink and orange...my wedding colors! I only bought enough for the people who are coming with us and asked for their sizes in a mass email. I agree with Megan...I think that the girls will absolutely wear them around the pool! If my guests are anything like me...I NEVER have enough pair of flip flops! I think I own every color that Old Navy has...

Caribbean : my retirement plan

Yeah, that's how much it would've cost us had we had guests staying off of the resort we are staying at(Melia Caribe). Most AI resorts will charge a fee for a pass. I would send an email to the WC's at the PPR to find out how much a day/night pass would be to have outside guests come to your wedding. Have you thought about the RUI's in Punta Cana?? There are five resorts on one property all at different price points/star ratings but are able to stay and play at them all (except for the RIU Palace). I think that holds true with the Iberostar's as well. If the price is what the guests are concerned about...this may be another option for you.
