Dulce by Visionari-www.dulcephoto.com I used Mike Pham and Johnny, they were AWESOME, really nice, patient, and didn't mind coming earlier and staying a bit later than the 6 hr package we booked. They also graciously drove two cars to take us offsite for pictures.

so I didn't end up going to Cal's cleaners because I forgot to bring directions and ended up going to Al Philips cleaners at Ala Maona mall, and it was SOO EXPENSIVE!! but at that point it was hot and we were tired and didn't want to go anywhere else.

All I have to say is that you will not regret having your ceremony at the OCC, it's absolutely BEAUTIFUL, it's nice and bright, the benches are nicely decorated the outside waterfall is stunning!!! I used the organist they had for $60 and it was regular wedding music but it was nice to hear real music rather than from a cd. I did not book the mInister from Best Bridal Hawaii, which I now regret becasue I booked Alice Inoue who is supposedly one of the best Ministers in Oahu, but she did not show up on time, we only had the chapel for 90 mins from 1-2:30, and our ceremony was to start at 1:30, allowing plently of time to go back in the chapel after the ceremony to take posed family pics, but Alice didn't show up until 2:10 and rushed through our ceremony then we had to be out of the chapel by 2:30 or else it was a $4500 fee. Flowers - I used the florist at the Hilton Mamo Village flowers, they were quite expensive and I wasn't totally in love with the flowers but they were nice. I had the a la carte package at the OCC which included the standard photo package Photographer - I also booked our own photographers, Dulce Photographer, Mike Pham and Johanny, they were AWESOME! they came around 12 and took pictures of us getting ready, then helped bring my dress to the bridal room at the chapel to take pics, they even drove two cars to the Hilton so that they can take us off site. I haven't seen the pictures yet but I give them 2 thumbs up for service. If you are looking for photographers, I highly recommend them and you can let them know I referred you. Makeup - I booked Bev (makeupbybv) she was ok, did the makeup really quickly, overall i was happy with the results. Dinner reception at the Rainbow Patio @ Hilton- the food was superb! Hope this helps! Happy planning everyone...by the way the Hilton Hawaiian Village is beautiful, I would definately stay there again!!

I found Cal Cleaners near waikiki, 808-591-9710, i called for some quotes and got $9 for suit, $19 for bridesmaid dresses and about $26 for wedding dress but I did have to describe to them what type of material the dresses are.

lp579 - Thanks...I think if I dont' hear back from her by Friday I will give her a call and I'll let you know what she says. We are thinking it'll be unlikely that they will refund, but yeah if they can hold that credit and we can go there next year or something that would be fine too. The only thing with later this year is that we'll be getting into rainy, hurricane and mostquito season from July to October. Good luck with your planning!!

Anyone know the wedding package refund policy? lp - I'm in Vancouver BC and all tour operators have cancelled their flights to Mexico and offered to rebook with no extra charge until Oct. Are you finding altnerative flights to Mexico?? I take it you booked land and air separately? I have emailed Jacy about the wedding package deposit as I was due to fly on May 30 with wedding date on June 5, but she has not replied. I'll be interested to find out what you are doing. Good luck!

RBB, I'm in the same boat, Canada has suspended all their flights to Mexico until the first week of June and I was due to fly May 30, not sure either what we plan to do. Our TA said it'll be really hard booking us to another location due to the size of our group. We am in a bind too, do we postpone until next year?? as the rest of the year is sort of a write off due to the rainy, hurricane, mostquito season. Now the Heath Org is thinking of raising the alert level to 5, I'm sure people would not want to fly anywhere and I don't want to be held responsible for 40+ ppl's health. But I guess on the bigger scheme of things, ppl are dying around the world, this shouldn't be that big of a deal..... If anyone else is in the same boat and has suggestions, please do tell!

DE has not responded to my quote request yet... no no it's per person...I wish it was per couple. Yes we book packages here, it's much cheaper than booking everything separately. So that price incl. everything. I have one guest coming from London and staying in the same room with someone who is booking a package and they paid $1200 for a shared room and the AI food of course.
