My friend paid $70 for the taxi ride from the airport to Dreams. This is a bit pricey for me. I guess I thought the taxi would be $20-30. Does $70 sound right? Jess

I think I'm going to send my WC at Dreams an email and find out how many other weddings are scheduled for my day. Jess

I was just wondering if any one knew how many weddings does Dreams book per day. My friend just got back from a wedding at Dreams and he said there were several weddings on the same day. I was a little surprised. Thanks, Jess

We still have to get motrin/advil/tylenol, bandaids, antibacterial wipes/gel, and not sure what else...Aches and pain things.. Also some crossword puzzles or sudoku, pen. and that's it! hahaha I was going to purchase our canvas bags from Cheaptotes.com, but my FSIL and her husband own a shirt printing company, and they have extra tote bags from a previous order.. So, i don't have to worry about that.. What are you planning on putting in your OOT bag? I checked Pier 1 for the mini fans but couldn't find them. I was soo sad. I'm not sure what I'm going to put in my bag.

I wasn't that excited when I bought it, but once it came in, I've been dying to try it on again! I'm surprised that you couldn't find the dress in SF. Jess -

I looked at the plane tickets and there about $1200 pp so I would definitly be staying at least 7 days. I also looked around at some of the villas and they look so nice. The only thing I'm concerned with if food. What type of food did you guys eat? Jess

Most of the girls who can't make the wedding are trying to make the trip to Chicago, but for those who can't, my BM's decided to do something locally too. I'm looking for my wedding bands as well - the unfortunate news is that my jeweler closed his shop, so getting the matching band to my engagement ring is a bit difficult. Guess I have to start over shopping! That really sucks!!! We bought our rings through Robbin Brothers because we wanted a more established company. The smaller jewelry stores that we went to didn't offer any type of warranty on their rings. I didn't feel comfortable paying so much money and not even having a 1 year warranty!!! Robbin Brothers offers a lifetime warranty so I don't have to worry about losing any diamonds. It's worth the 1.5 mile drive!! Jess -
I wouldn't recommend that you purchase a dress without trying it on. When I was selecting dresses I found that I liked them a lot better in the picture than actually on my body. What happens if you buy it and hate it? Will the company allow you to return it? If so, then maybe you should purchase it but if not then why take the risk. Jess

Jewlers would have a reason to discourage people from buying tungsten & titanium. They are industrial metals so they are much cheaper than gold & platinum. but, they have many advanatages & make a great ring. They just happen to be cheap. I got my husbad's for around $8 online. jewlery stores mark them up a lot because people are already expecting to spend over $100 on the band. There is no reason to. It's a cheap metal. $8 dollars. That's cheap!!! I just bought my FI's for $298 and I thought that was a bargain!!!

We had a personal driver for the day that took us all over Bali for about 40USD per person for the whole day. Here are our pics from Bali Bali - a set on Flickr . My only regret was the trip was too short! I really wanted to have our honeymoon here, but had trouble scheduling flights. So, I may be a little biased but my vote is for Bali for a honeymoon. Also, if you have any questions about where we stayed in Bali please ask.. I love reminiscing =) Thank you so much for your posts. The pictures were great!!! How long would you recommend staying?
