Hello ALL!!... I just wanted to let you know that I called Anna this morning and she seems SOO NICE!! We discussed table cloths, napkin and decorations as I am trying to purchase those things right now... If you are choosing white then there is no extra cost but if you want colors then there is the extra charge as per her price listing... She had said that she personally does not have pictures of the locations as of yet but was going to do it this afternoon... These are things that I have purchased for my wedding thus far: Name cardholders - Purchased at a dollar store and the are beautiful (There look like crystal on the bottom and have a wire/ clip coming out of top to hold the name.) Fans - White cloth fans (Pkg1 that I purchased from Michael’s (Found a package that was buy as is for 7.5 it was missing one) Decorating one arm with rhinestones... Straws and Napkins in my color. Who is going to be the fist one getting married there? I am open to any suggestions or ideas you all my have on a group event. A welcome celebration. Also are any of you doing welcome bags? If so any good ideas on what to put in them? I went to a wedding that personalized coffee mugs for us to carry our drink around the resort and it would not melt but I did not want to copy. Another idea we had was visors but they could look cheezy... I would absolutely love to hear of any ideas... Also I was thinking of having my dinner by a pool. Hello all!! :) I am extremely excited to be getting married at the dreams Riviera Cancun resort. My wedding date is April 4th 2010. We have now booked our trip and reserved the date. Now I have not recieved a contract as of yet. Anna said that I would recieve it onece the resort opened? I noticed that some of you have?.. Is it becuase your weddings are close to the opening date? Also I was wondering about photographers. I have booked mine and he is coming from home. He will be staying at the resort but I read something on the facebook page that had said no outside vendors?
