  1. I'm TOTALLY doing this as an ice breaker event!! 2 hours, winner gets a bottle of tequila!!
  2. I like it, but Im the kind of girl that HATES going into the gym, so anything I can do in my pj's is awesome! I bought one for my mom for Christmas, and she loves hers!
  3. My FI is a little weird about gifts, so I am getting him an hour massage the day of our wedding in Cabo.. I'm sure I'll get him a little something extra if I think of something later..
  4. No way!! I wish I had started when I first got engaged (which would have been about 19 months befor the wedding)!! You could do everything from location, envisioning your ceremony, colors, reception... getting that out of the way will make it a breeze later on!!

We have one for Bed, Bath, and Beyond..which really, has a lot of the same stuff on it as our Macy's registry, so we are planning on doing this in the event that we get two similar items from different registeries..
  6. We registered about two months ago just to get it out of the way.. and have already had two items sent to us!! (crazy huh?!?).. For those coming to the wedding, the back of our passport invitation says "Your presence is the best gift we could ask for; however, if you desire to give a gift, due to airline baggage restrictions we kindly request a monetary donation to our First Home Fund." (which the account number is given on our website.) May not be the best etiquette but I wanted to limit the number of gifts taken down to Cabo (from what I read on here, it still happens regardless of whether or not you say "don't give us a gift".) Plus, hopefully we'll get some help on our 1st down payment!!
  7. I just unlocked all the yoga poses on Wii Fit!! I did 45 minutes of Yoga.. and later this evening I'll do some strength training.
  8. fantastic!! do you know when this code expires?!?!?
  9. I have the same issue, however I do feel that they are mature adults and can, for a day, both celebrate the wedding of their son in harmony.
  10. Definitely gonna do this.. does looking at all the stuff on the list give anyone else anxiety?!? haha i just have no idea what Im gonna do about all my DIY & reception decor!
  11. Love it! and thanks for the tip on the towels!! can you tell us how you did your passport covers? super cute!
  12. woops..the inner stitching wasnt loaded on that one. here it is: Also,.. about the screening question.. not sure. I was going to do that on my own (a DIY iron-on project) but Im trying to save a little money and the FI thinks that nobody will want to use it again after the wedding if its personalized, so Im hanging our baggage tags on the bags instead..
  13. I took pics of the cheaptotes (mines the "natural color"): heres what they look like: top stitching: how thin they are: the inner stitching.. not the best but what can you expect for 69 cents?!
  14. have you checked out the 69 cent canvas gift totes (all colors) on cheaptotes.com??
  15. I was told by my WC that the sun sets in June at around 7:30, so the ceremony should start at 7pm.. However, after looking at a few sunset pictures, I think I'll start at 7 so that it doesnt go dim to quickly..
  16. I really want to get them something from Tiffany's.. like the Blue Star penant necklace or the elisa peretti little blue sapphire silver ring..for my "something blue"..and you cant go wrong with something from Tiffany & Co.!!
  17. I would definitely find a petite hair clip that has little flowers or something just to accent that amazing cut youve got!
  18. I know!! Cake is rediculously expensive!! Thats why I am doing a cupcake cake...they cant charge cutting fees when theres nothing to cut! lol
