Hey girls! Thanks for all of your support, we actually had a talk the other night and I said that I think we should both not talk about the cost of the wedding anymore since it's all pretty much a done deal now. I think we agreed to that much so it's all good. Jpitts - Yeah, he knows how much is being spent where, he's just the kind of guy that figures weddings shouldn't cost as much as they do...which is true but unrealistic since it's a huge money-making industry lol. Thanks again, I love you ladies!!!

I have blocked people from being able to see my friends list...if you go in to the privacy settings > profile, there is a drop down menu beside "friends" and you can select your secuirty options from there. I have mine set to only friends can see my friends list and I blocked one person from seeing it altogether. This should work, I tested it with my FI's account first just to make sure it did. I hope this helps!

Damn double post

Thanks for all your input girls. I'm trying really hard to get past it but I'm having a hard time feeling like everything is my fault (I'm bad for that most of the time, personality flaw I guess lol). I told him if he was unhappy with me that he'd better tell me now because I don't want him to live a miserable life with me...and I meant that. I love him enough to tell him if I'm not what makes him happy that he should find it (I wasn't yelling or being rude when I said this). He makes me happy but if we spend the rest of our lives dwelling on how much money a wedding is/has/did cost us, we're both going to be unhappy. I don't want him to carry around pent-up resentment with him forever...

So FI and I got in to a huge blow-out lastnight about lots of random small things which then turned in to money and the wedding. He basically made me feel like I was putting him in the poor house. He said some things that were uncalled for so I played his game and said some things back. It wasn't a very productive night, that's for sure. I just feel so put off today. I leave in a week and a half and I'm not even excited now. I'm just sad. I just wanted to get that off my chest, thanks for listening.

I don't know much about moisturizers but I have heard very good things about Philosophy's "Hope In A Jar" (which I also plan to buy on my next trip to Sephora hehe). Hope that helps, good luck!

As lolo said, an apostille is a stamp on your Mexican marriage certificate that certifies you are legally married. When you bring back the marriage certificate to Canada, it is considered a legal document that you may use to change your last name with (if you wish to do so) as well as other things, such as a driver's license, etc. Some resorts include the apostil charge in their wedding package fees, for instance, the Iberostar includes the apostil charge in their pricing. Thanks for the opinions and compliments ladies! I usually think I suck at doing my own makeup, I guess I'm not so bad after all! I will probably do it this way for the wedding...I'm hoping to get a good camera soon so I will take better pics in the very near future!

So...just a little update, I tried to do my own version of a smoky eye, the pics aren't the greatest quality as they were taken with my cell camera (I really need an actual camera lol!). Let me know what you think! My hair is awful here lol.. not a very good pic of me either...oh well, please excuse my candy cane PJ pants lol

Well, I leave in two weeks from today!! I am so stressed/nervous/excited...I'm losing my mind here!!
