  1. Lisaloo & Jill - Yeah, Sundays can be challenging for me but the two days following a cheat day are the most important days. You have to at least do the day after as a low carb day (always, apparently) and exercise both days AFTER a cheat day. But for the most part, I personally don't have a problem staying on track. I think what keeps me going is the fact that I get another cheat day in six days lol. Definitely do NOT keep ice cream on hand in the house, as Steph said. There's just wayyyyy too much temptation in doing that!! lol
  2. lol meh, I chew gum! Does it even count as food if you don't swallow it? I spit out my gum after it loses its flavor.

Thanks for the link Kathy, I will have to try that protien powder next. no problem! Definitely try it, it's delicious!!! Can't wait to try the other flavors!
  4. lol Lisaloo, I totally didn't even notice that! Ah well, advertising is advertising I guess!
  5. I found a link for that yummy protein powder I bought! Popeye's® Supplements Canada ~ Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Gold Standard - 5lb Mmmm, look at all the flavors it comes in! I'm going to have to try them all eventually!
  6. You're welcome Lisaloo! lol In my opinion, it's worth the cost! It still comes in a huge ass container so it's not like it won't last quite a while anyway. I think they also make a tropical punch flavor by Optimum Nutrition as well.
  7. oh, I should mention that the protein powder cost us $70 CAD but it was well worth it!!
  8. Lisa (jetsbride) - I'm surprised that there's fat in the protein powder you bought, usually protein powders don't have any or hardly any fat (like maybe 2-3g at the most) in them. Just to let you ladies know, DH and I stopped by a nutritional supplement store this past weekend and we bought some protein powder by a company called Optimum Nutrition in strawberry flavor. We tried it out last night mixed with water and ice. It tastes AMAZING!!! Sooo much better tasting than the stuff I was getting from costco! It tasted like strawberry milk! I highly recommend this powder if you don't want to gag on your nightly shake!
  9. So I finished the first book, Marked, last week. It definitely started to pick up half way through the book. I actually really enjoyed it. I'm almost half way through the second book in the series, Betrayed, and I like it a lot so far. I would definitely recommend these books Erin.
  10. thanks for posting that trailer, i've been looking for it! I think New Moon will be a huge improvement over the first Twilight movie...or at least I hope it will be!
  11. Cougar - awww thanks, you're so sweet! I heart the wooty guy too! haha Jkcz - I've been doing this diet since mid-June Jill - no problem, I recommend chugging the protein shake because it is really awful lol. Lisaloo - that's awesome, huge congrats on your loss so far!! I did read in the book that if you don't have the shake you should at least have a chicken breast or something with the same amount of protein as your late night snack. I think you should definitely eat something!! Steph - that's amazing progress, congrats to you too!! You must feel soooo good! I'm proud of ya!
  12. I take the protein shake at bed time with protein powder, water and ice...I'm not going to lie, it tastes awful lol
