  10. don't stress Holls just keep up the good work!! You can do it! Manders - lol no, I don't think you're slacking! When I lost 20 lbs two years ago, I never did more than 30 minutes of cardio in a day. I recommend to you HIIT cardio, it's super-effective!
  11. I am so sorry about your god-daughter...that is very sad. I will keep this little girl in my thoughts and I sincerely hope that she will start to feel better soon. Are you doing an AHR after the wedding? Maybe she'll be feeling better by then and you could include her in that somehow? Just a thought. Life is precious and I think we should all make time each day to let the people in our lives know that we love them and care about them very much.
  12. woot woot, down 0.6lbs this week, which is amazzzzzzzzzzzzing for me lol P90X is kicking my ass though lol but it is a great workout, I highly recommend it even though I bitch about it every five minutes haha.   17. Hey girls, sorry I haven't posted in this thread for a while! Anyhoo, been back on the diet for about 3 weeks now and since then I've lost a total of 5.5lbs, woo hoo! I hope you ladies are doing well on the diet too, keep up the good work!

  19. good job so far this week everyone! I'm down a pound from last week, so that's amazing for me since I don't usually lose that much per week! Mel - I only drink pop once per week....I actually find that I am so used to drinking water all the time that pop and stuff usually tastes too sweet now and it turns me off lol. I am strange!
