lol Lisa, you remind me of me! I would prefer a protein bar to a shake too because they actually taste decent, but alas, there's just way too many carbs in them for me.

Lisa - Depending on what day you're doing (low gi, high gi, or low carb), I'm not sure that a protein bar as a pre-bed time snack would be ok. Probably wayyyyy too many carbs in them.

I found when I was looking at dresses for me, I had a very specific idea of what I thought I wanted....and then I ended up with something totally different than what I thought I would end up with and I LOVED it. It's funny how surprised you can be once you start trying on dresses that things you though you would hate, you actually end up loving. If you love the lace dress, then by all means where the lace dress for your destination wedding! There are absolutely no "rules" as to what you can wear for your wedding, regardless of location. I had my wedding in the Mayan Riviera and I wore a "heavier" satin dress and thought it looked great! Good luck to you!
