Yup, it's definately going to ruin my pictures too. I cry at commercials and everytime someone sings a heartfelt song. I really will be a mess and I havn't thought of anyway to keep the tears away. It's just kind of expected for me I think. FI just informed me about a half hour ago that he thinks he might have a hard time keeping the emotions back too so we'll just be a crying mess together!

I'm reading all these and thinking that I have to get all of them...problem is, if you eat all of them they're not really 100 cals anymore! These all sound so yummy though!! I wish we had those fudge strips around here!!

In total agreement!! I worked for a photographer for 10 years and I always picked apart the wedding pics that would come through every Monday morning all summer long. Not that they weren't beautiful but a tropical background is so much more alluring... ahhhhhh, I can't wait!!

I love the Pringles Stix...the Honey Butter flavoured are so yummy. But when it comes to chocolate nothing beats some chocolate covered strawberries!

Mine's on a Wednesday too but no one has said anything to us. I was kinda thrown off at first when I figured out that it wasn't a Saturday but I only thought about it for a second and then realized ... who cares what day of the week it is...it's not like it affects what day of the week your anniversary will be or anything. When we're all on Vacation, Wednesday is just as good a day as any! Try not to worry about it...a destination wedding isn't traditional anyway so the day of the week is just one more thing that's different from a traditional wedding...we're obviously not too traditional since we decided on a DW!! You probably already made up your mind but I'm with everyone else...got for it! I don't see anything wrong with doing that at all...especially if you don't make a big deal of it and just go off on your own. I think it would be very special...but didn't you do a TTD?? I thought I remembered a pic of you jumping in a pool!!? You may need to go for a cute white anniversary dress?!! I'm sure they'll be beautiful! What a great way to get a second chance a beautiful wedding photos. Question...It may be a stupid question but what's a cenote??

I called a few of them...they probably figured it out but oh well. For some of my parents' friends I got Mom and Dad to check out their shoe sizes when they went out together one weekend...they must've looked hilarious trying to look into peoples' shoes when they took them off!! I also ordered one extra of each size just in case I was wrong on any of them (we guessed for 2 or 3 people). I ended up using the extra ones as gifts for people who are helping out with extra things for our AHR so it worked out!

I'm so excited for you!!!! It's all so exciting isn't it??!! I laughed at the try to relax post because FI recommended to me last night that I get sleeping pills cause I just can't get settled at night anymore...I just keep thinking about all the cute summer dresses I get to wear and all my new bikinis...and which one I will wear first...and all the people we get to party with in paridise!!! You must be just overwhelmed with excitement!!!!! Congratulations! What day do you leave?

Chantelle (the WC) has been very helpful with me. I have even called her a few times and have gotten a hold of her each time with no problems. I do think she's been busier lately (she was also sick last week) because she doesn't seem to be as quick to reply to emails, but I'm sure that with a little bit of persistance and some research here on BDW you won't have any problems. Questions!! I'm wondering if you have any pics of the ceremony set up on the west beach where you had your ceremony? I'm trying to decide between there and the gazebo that overlooks the beach (forget the name of it). Also, which wedding package did you go with? Did you get any extras? Was it worth it?

I hope that one works! FI did scan them before he sent them so we sent those to her yesterday. She didn't know if the minister would accept that. Has it really worked in the past? I don't want to get new documents unless I really have to. It seems silly to spend more $$ on documents if we're going to get our marriage license anyway. I will definately do that if I have to though. Hopefully she can get back to us quickly so that all that is possible.

I'm stressed!! FI sent our documents 1 month ago and didn't send them through registered mail so we can't track them. He called Chantelle at Riu MoBay today and was talking to her. She said she does not have my documents and that if we didn't send them through resitered mail or some kind of expresspost, she probably won't get them until after our wedding. She said it's happened before and that it would take us a lot longer to get our marriage licsence. If that's the only glitch then I'm GREAT with that!!! But then he repeated things so that she could confirm things for us and when he said..."so we can still have a legal ceremony in Jamaica even if you don't have our documents yet?" she said she'd have to check with the minister. So apparently she's going to ask him and get back to us. has anyone else had this happen to them? Or do you know how this works?? I just need answers and I'm too anxious to wait until she gets back to us. Help calm my nerves please!!
