I am getting married at Beaches Boscobel in Ocho Rios and after the wedding honeymooning at Sandals Grande also in Ocho Rios. Beaches is owned by Sandals. We are switching because Beaches is a family resort and we needed at have that flexability. Plus wanted to have a honeymoon also. I am getting married on Friday and we are moving to the other resort on Sunday and our guests are leaving Sunday. So it works out. Cost effective. It doesn't matter. I am paying for a room regardless. Sandals we are paying more, but that is because of the room we chose. If you feel up to flying again, go for it. I love Jamaica and am very content in staying there.

I was getting them constantly last night Saturday 17th around 9:30 - 10:00. I thought it was my wireless acting up. So glad to hear it isn't my computer. I love how we all thought the same thing. Glad somebody finally said something.

I just purchased my bags from Oriental Trading also. Hoping they are a nice size. They personalize them at no charge, so I put the resort name and our wedding date. We shall see.

I don't know much about Riu except for what I have seen on this website. Seems like ALOT of people get married there. I've been to two Sandals resorts (Montego Bay and Royal Caribbean) and loved them both, but I believe they are a couples only resort. (maybe why no double beds) I'm getting married at Beaches Boscobel, because they are owned by Sandals and I have my two minor children attending my wedding. Two days after the wedding my FI and I are moving to Sandals Grande for our honeymoon. The rooms I am booking for my guests at Boscobel have two double beds and a pull out double couch. Sandals/Beaches are more expensive, but I believe in you get what you pay for. I hope I helped some what. Wnjoy the forum and best of luck to you.

If it was me and I was stressing that bad I would book a flight to Philadelphia the night before and spend the night. This way you know you won't miss the flight. I have done this a few times. I have booked cruises in January and then stressed out that we would have a snow storm and I would miss the ship. More money but I wasn't stressed.

I think I'm gonna go with Shania Twain - Your still the one. It fits our story. Dan and I went to school together. We dated and like everybody after they get out of school, they lose touch. I married some else had kids and got divorced. While chatting to classmates about an upcoming class reunion, I reconnected with Dan on Reunion.com. We started dating and here we are. So after all these years he is still the one. lol

I don't know what I am going to do yet. I have two teenagers from my previous marriage. I was thinking about hyphenating it. I really wanted to get rid of my exhusband's last name, but I kept it for the kids. I have to ponder this idea for a while longer.

I am so sorry for your loss. I read your thread and was very teary eyed. Be thankful your family have you the opportunity on Thanksgiving. You will cherish that forever. I lot my dad when I was 21 to lung cancer, so I understand the importance of that dance. Like I said be greatful, because not everyone is that lucky to have had it.
