In Jamaica it depends on the resort you pick. I am staying in Ocho Rios and like Jamaicabride09 said it takes two hours with a stop, but I stayed at the Sandals in Montego Bay before and the resort is just about on the runway. It is a matter of how much time you want to spend traveling. The bus ride is fun. The driver makes the best of it. At least that was my experience on a previous trip.
