I want to say it is about an 1 inch to an 1 1/2 across. My mom lives in Jersey and I am always sending her stuff via UPS. It also helps that my company does the advertising for UPS so we get a good deal on shipping It will probably be around 3 or 4 dollars. I am glad that everyone likes the journal idea. I got the idea from my 11 year old son who sent out "Flat Stanley" to all of our relatives. They each spend a couple of days with the paper and wrote in a journal the things they had done together. They then mailed the doll to the next family member. After 1 year, this paper doll had been halfway around the world Thank you so much DC22173. I also would love to Journal the starfish trip. My daughter also did "Flat Stanley" and my older daughter did "Ginger Bread Fred" the kids were so excited when they got the journal back. I cannot wait to read where the starfish has traveled and with whom. Promise to take great care of it. Thanks again.

And it doesn't take much to distract me from studying - pediatric congenital heart defects vs playing around online? no contest there. I did take their course, but the classes I felt are a waste of time. I think they have eight scheduled classes. First and last classes are predictor tests. All the other classes are going over NCLEX questions for the reading that you were scheduled to read and on-line tests. That got old after the first day, but you have to attend for the money back guarentee if you fail. The qestions and review are also on-line. I was an average student and could not have passed without their resources. They have on-line someone lecturing from the book. So if your really weak in an area you listen to the lecture. I was better at that than reading. LAZY !!! Ask around and see what other people say. Kaplan tells you what to know so your not so overwhelmed. The drugs were the hardest for me. Just to many. Need anything let me know.

Can't wait for that! Kaplan has an owesome online q-bank of questions. I felt like I was taking another Kaplan quiz when I was taking my NCLEX. Can't say enough about Kaplan. I could not have done it without them. Best of luck. Sucks going to school and planning a wedding. I would be studying and be on this dam forum cause it is so addicting.

  13. In Jamaica it depends on the resort you pick. I am staying in Ocho Rios and like Jamaicabride09 said it takes two hours with a stop, but I stayed at the Sandals in Montego Bay before and the resort is just about on the runway. It is a matter of how much time you want to spend traveling. The bus ride is fun. The driver makes the best of it. At least that was my experience on a previous trip.
