Sounds like everyone is doing a wonderful job keeping up with their diets and exercise. That's awesome girls!!! Nat - the 30 Day Shred kicks my arse every time! It's a great, quick workout when you don't have much time.

I did a group shot. We had 30-ish people and got most everyone in. Some people took a restroom break. It came out great. I can't post a pic since I don't have the pic on the computer I'm on but a link to my pics is in my siggy.
