I just heard back from Jacy after an email I sent her last week. I asked her to move my wedding time from 2pm to later in the day but apparently there is another wedding on my date so it probably won't happen. She also mentioned that there is another (new?) coordinator named Sandra who will be taking over the coordination of my wedding. I'm a little nervous, but optimistic that she will be as good as I hear Jacy is. To my understanding Jacy is still a wedding coordinator but I guess they just have so many weddings that they needed more staff.
