You can contact Jacy or whatever WC (I had Sandra) and they will get you in touch with the spa to book your free hair and makeup appt. They also were able to book my mom and MOH for me around the same time. I also posted to spa prices in a realllly previous post, so I don't remember where I put it.

When I was there they had people offering free scuba diving lessons (part of the many daily activities at DPA). They held them in the pool. My brothers-in-law did the lesson...I think it was about one hour. After the lesson they invite you to go diving the next day. I'm not exactly sure where they were going to take you, though. There are many excursions available. There are a few tour companies that sit in the lobby everyday and you can just walk up to them to see what they offer. If you email the resort they will also get you in touch with the tour people. Prior to my wedding I had inquired about the Tulum Ruins and they were very helpful.
