Deadline for before pics and initial weigh in is Wednesday Sept 23 by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time zone please!). Weekly Wednesday weigh-ins (wow, try saying that 5 times fast) are due Wednesdays by 11:59 PM Eastern Time zone as well. I will compile everything I get and hope to post the official list of BL7 participants Thursday night.
