  1. I used Sascha for TTD and I am very happy with the way my pics turned out! I have a link to my slideshow in my siggy. You can also check out his blog for more TTD pics.
  2. Beverly everything looks fabulous! I love the color changing cups! My girlfriend (also MOH) got married married at BRB last year and it was beautiful. To be honest I believe that pic that you have of the reception came from her wedding!! Small world!
  3. Definitely a scary situation. I am glad you are ok!!!
  4. Some people might take it the wrong way if you call them "unofficial". Perhaps you could call them the "honorary" bridal party instead? Like you mentioned, people can do readings, toasts, and MC. You could also have someone hold your rings. If you are doing a guestbook, someone can stand by the guestbook and ask people to sign. Someone else can hand out programs. Someone could act as your bridal attendant. That's all the duties I can think of for now...if I think of any more I will post!

It was more cheaper for me to bring my own decorations than to use the resort's so that's why I brought my own.
  6. Squats for me went ok for the second half of the day. I was on an airplane for most of the morning so I couldn't really do squats in that tiny bathroom (let alone take up too much time in there) lol! Don't forget to weigh in tomorrow girls! The weeks are going by quickly
  7. Jim and Pam are super cute! I'm so excited for this episode!
  8. Stay strong! My family didn't get the concept of a DW either, but after I showed them tons of pictures from real DWs they got my point.

We have 65 people coming and I am starting to get a bit nervous...I feel like all of our family/friends' vacation is in our hands!! I know it's technically not, but I want to make sure everything runs smoothly! I just emailed Jacy a ton of questions!! Hope to hear back from her very soon...thanks for listening!! I brought chair sashes, table overlays, centerpieces, menus for the reception. I also purchased maracas in Playa del Carmen as favors. Sandra took care of setting everything up for me. Don't be nervous! Everything is going to be amazing. I was totally nervous but once I stepped foot at the resort I went into total vacation mode. The resort is small enough that you will run into your guests left and right. Don't feel bad if you don't get to hang out with everyone...if you do it will just stress you out because you're going to be calculating how much time you spent with so-and-so versus so-and-so and you probably won't enjoy your vacation. Most of the couples that were guests at our wedding wanted to have their own alone time and also give DH and I our alone time.
  10. Great idea! I was at a wedding a couple years ago where they bride and the groom had CDs as favors. I still pull it out every now and then, who doesn't like a good mixed CD
  11. I like the siggy pics ladies! I recently had to scan this pic for a "growing-up" slideshow for my AHR. Mind you, this pic was taken prior to trick-or-treating (smiling ear to ear). I probably received more bottles of water than I did candy while trick-or-treating. Neighbors thought that I needed help "growing"! It's funny to me now but back then I was so mad!
