I second that! Nayeli is taking FOREVER to respond. I am trying to be patient but its getting ridiculous. She hasn't responded to an email of mine in at least 2 weeks. So I sent it again and still no response. It's a shame that they don't hire more staff. I'm thinking that maybe since wedding season is beginning she is becoming really busy. My TA is going to call her on Monday morning so I'll let you guys know if I find out anything.

Dana got married today! I hope she writes a review when she gets back. Since there just seems to be a few of us talking I think that you guys went down for a site visit and I have a question. Only our parents are staying on the resort...everyone else chose to stay off property. Do you guys remember any cool places to go in Cancun where I can do like a "welcome gathering". Not something too fancy just a cool place to have drinks, eat appetizers, and give out the OOT bags?? I don't want to spend a lot either. It would have been so much easier if we were all at the same resort but oh well. I would love any advice!! ~M

I think the DJ fee is expensive as well! I also think that they charge too much to rent the sound system. So we are purchasing a Bose system to take with us. We have found a few on craigslist for sale and it will save us money! Are any of you doing the beach ceremony? I was a little dissapointed to find out that the floral arch is not included in the package. I don't feel as if I should have to pay $500 for that....
