Oh and Katrese I just realized that you live in Houston!!! I may be moving there in the very near future. We are waiting to see if my husband will get into law school there. So keep your fingers crossed for us!! How do you like Houston? PS...we stayed for 7 nights in room 8464 and it was awesome! It was the excellence club roof top terrace on the top floor. The view was great!

Our experience with the food was great. Breakfast was awesome, so was lunch. My favorite restaurants for dinner were Spice and Agave. I only had a bad dinner on one night...so in my opinion the food is great. And if you don't like it let them know and i'm sure they will make it perfect for you!

I got married and EPM and it was great! You can check out my review and pics in my siggy. I don't know too much about El Dorado Royale but I hear it is nice as well....

Hi Katrese. You should defnitely pick EPM it is awesome! I did bring a picture with me. I was totally nervous but it turned out just fine. She even knew how to put weave in my bun and they had really good flat irons!!

You should be very excited!! EPM is awesome. There are a few different options to choose from for the reception. I chose the Spice Restaurant Outdoor Terrace. You basically choose between the restaurants they have closed on the night of your reception...There is also an EPM thread on here with lots of info. Just do a search and you should find it.

Hi Jewels, You definitely have to pick before hand. You can do menu cards in your invitations and ask them to RSVP with their selections. I only had a few people so I let Yamina know my selections when I arrived at the resort and she made menu cards for me. I didn't send menu choices in my invitation I just sent out an email to my guest as kept track that way. I let them choose between two entrees, everyone had the same salad and dessert. Hope this helps you...
